Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Event Participation: Event participation fees, including any part payments, are strictly non-refundable.

2. Immigration and Travel Issues: Convaya Travel & Events will not be held liable for any attendee’s inability to attend the event due to immigration or travel-related issues, including visa denials or delays.

3. Client-Initiated Cancellations: In the event that a client cancels their participation, no refunds will be provided.

4. Visa Policy: If a participant is unable to attend the event, Convaya Travel & Events reserves the right to cancel the participant’s visa. This is to ensure compliance with immigration regulations, as we cannot guarantee the client’s return. This applies even if the visa fee has already been paid by the client.

5. Event Cancellation by Organizers: Should the event be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or events beyond our control, the organizers will endeavor to reschedule or provide alternative solutions. Refunds will not be issued.

6. Force Majeure Clause: Convaya Travel & Events is liable only in cases of natural disasters or emergencies beyond the control of either party.
